USA SHIPPING
We offer free shipping on all US orders over $75.00. Orders below $75.00 will have rate-based shipping calculated at checkout.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Shipping for International orders will be calculated at checkout. Please be advised that any additional fees for shipping abroad will be the responsibility of the buyer (brokerage fees, customs duties, and any other charges).

PROCESSING TIMES
Most orders will ship within 1-3 business days of purchase. Please note this when choosing the ‘Express Shipping’ option. Processing times are subject to delay during new launches or holidays. If you have placed an order with express shipping, email orders@sixtystax.com with your order number and ‘Express Shipping’ in the subject line so we can ship the order ASAP.

DELIVERY TIMES
After your item has shipped, the average delivery time for US orders is around 4-7 business days and the average delivery time for International orders is dependent upon the shipping option chosen at checkout.

Once the item is packaged, shipped and in the shipping carrier's hands, we are no longer responsible for lost packages, missed deliveries, or undeliverable addresses. Please contact the shipping provider with any shipping concerns.

MISSING PACKAGES
Once the item is packaged, shipped and in the shipping carrier's hands, we are no longer responsible for lost packages, missed deliveries, or undeliverable addresses. Please contact the shipping provider with any shipping concerns.

If your tracking information shows your package was ‘delivered’, however you can’t locate it, please verify your shipping address is correct. Check to see if someone else accepted the delivery for you. Please wait 2-3 business days, as packages are sometimes marked delivered days before their actual arrival. If the package still has not arrived, please contact the shipping provider with your tracking information.

If your package was ‘Returned to Sender’ for any reason, you will be responsible for the shipping fee to re-ship the item.

DAMAGED PACKAGES
If your item arrives damaged, please email orders@sixtystax.com within 7 days of the delivery date with your order number and ‘Damaged Order’ in the subject line. Attach a photo of the damaged piece and we will send you a return shipping label and a replacement piece.

REPAIRS
If your item has broken, please email orders@sixtystax.com with your order number and ‘Broken Item’ in the subject line. Attach a photo of the broken piece and explain what happened to it. We will do our best to repair the item free of charge, minus shipping costs, depending upon the situation.

RETURNS
Sixty Stax does not offer refunds, however we do offer exchanges for store credit on unworn items in resellable condition.*

EXCHANGES
To start an exchange, please email orders@sixtystax.com with your order number and ‘Exchange Request’ in the subject line within 5 days of receiving your package. Once the order is returned and inspected, an e-gift card will be issued.

Store credit value will be the merchandise total, minus original and return shipping fees. Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer. 

*Items that are purchased with a discount code at or above 20% are excluded and cannot be exchanged for a store credit.
