Shipping & Policies
We offer free shipping on all U.S. orders over $50.00.
International orders will be charged a flat-rate shipping fee of $15.00. Please be advised that any additional fees for shipping abroad will be the responsibility of the buyer (brokerage fees, custom duties, and any other charges).
When will my order arrive?
All in-stock orders will be shipped out between 1-2 business days (unless otherwise stated).
Average delivery time for US orders is 3-5 business days.
Average delivery time for international orders is 10-14 business days.
Once the item is packaged, shipped and in USPS' hands, we are no longer responsible for lost packages, missed deliveries, or undeliverable addresses. Please contact USPS with any shipping concerns.
Returns & Exchanges
We do not accept returns or exchanges. Please pay close attention and read the descriptions of what you are ordering before you purchase. Exchanges will be made for items that arrived damaged if we are notified within 48 hours of receiving the item. Please inspect your jewelry as soon as you receive it, and contact us through the contact page, or e-mail us at email@example.com if you find something is damaged. Please keep the original packaging to send the item back for a replacement piece.
Please contact us or e-mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org with any repair requests. We stand behind our jewelry, therefore, depending on the situation, we will do our best to repair your item free of charge, minus shipping costs.
